We have the boards that have everything but the AUTH IC is not populated. We can not provide the AUTH IC, but it just needs to be soldered on.

For WICED Audio, broadcom support airplay in the coming soon SDK3.1 release, right? and the ref board is BCM9WCD1AUDIO_3, and I also didn't find the auth IC chip design on it. So does it means customer need build up an dedicated PCBA with auth IC, which can connect to BCM9WCD1AUDIO_3 via I2C interface? Or else, it is not possible to do the airplay audio demo.

Broadcom can not provide the Auth IC. So you have to get it from MFI procurement site. Is this your question?
