I like to develop my some project using WICED-SDK with my colleague and anonymous.
So, I want to open my project(and WICED-SDK) on the internet(like Github or Sourceforge).
But, I'm worried if this is against Broadcom-WICED-license-rules.
I need your advice.
Regards, Steve

Based on the following header, I would guess that you at least need permission before you can, but someone from Broadcom should confirm:
/**
* Copyright 2014, Broadcom Corporation
* All Rights Reserved.
*
* This is UNPUBLISHED PROPRIETARY SOURCE CODE of Broadcom Corporation;
* the contents of this file may not be disclosed to third parties, copied
* or duplicated in any form, in whole or in part, without the prior
* written permission of Broadcom Corporation.
*/
You can find the header in essentially every file in the WICED source.

The updated click license agreement for the community is online here: Broadcom Community License Agreement (Updated 7-21-14)
At this point, I don't believe this is allowed, but I need to ask the lawyers to confirm.

Hi Steve,
I am not part of Broadcom staff and will let mwf_mmfae confirm the proper way to handle this question.
I would initially approach the problem like this:
1) Make sure all the team members have an account created on the Broadcom WICED forum.
2) Create a *private* on-line repository that can be accessed only by your team members.
If you use Bitbucket.org you should be able to do what you are looking for with an excellent level of privacy (project shared only between team members). You will get to choose, as administrator, who can get access to the project. There is a login+password needed for each team member before being able to access the repository.
Before doing anything, let's make sure it is in-line with Broadcom policy.

As Broadcom we request you do not do this.

I understood that.
As you said, I will not open the SDK & my project.
Thanks for your replies.
