Hi - in the CYW4356 datasheet I'm not seeing 5Ghz transmit power numbers for the following channel widths:

  • 5GHz VHT20
  • 5GHz VHT40
  • 5GHz VHT80

Does anyone know where to find this info?

Thanks,

Bill

Hello:

We didn't describe the power setting in the spec because the actual power setting is depended on the hardware layout , hardware component also .  and different rate should have different setting also,  We have a NVRAM to adjust the power on different rate and bandwidth  like below.

The initial value will be divided by 0.25 ,  the parameters under the table are acting as 0.5 one step.

You can see we already listed the rate and bandwidth by every bit of Hex value.

Finally the 11AC power value will be in a range on different rate according your RF testing.
