Hi Are their any Module that fit below requirement

CYW43438 (or equivalent )+ STM32F412 Combo module with integrated antenna , 256KB RAM and 1MB Flash. I have checked the product selection guide I am not able to find them online.

Have you checked all of these?  Is the flash and ram requirement what's problematic? Note that all of the below are WICED based, there are others that are Radio only, Linux based so much higher end processors can be supported.

Murata Type1HD is CYW43438+STM32F412 with on-board antenna.

Murata Type1LD is CYW43438+STM32F412 without on-board antenna, with reference PCB antenna design.

Murata Type1DX is CYW4343W (equivalent) with reference PCB antenna design, you can add STM32F4 on your board.

Are their a module with more than 512KB RAM and more than 2MB Flash?

I'm traying to design a new Combo Module (CY43438 + STM32L4R5QI).
Can Cypress designers check my design.?
