I have an application for which I need to use the CY8CKIT-062-BT using the Murata LBEE5KL1DX-883 module for bluetooth communication. I have built a simple application in windows that allows me to talk to two computers like a chat application.

I used the example bt_dualmode_server to communicate with the chat application and I run into two issues:

1. The PIN number authentication from my windows application does not seem to have a corresponding place holder in the WICED application

2. I was able to pair once and transmit data, however the data was a bit jumbled with some characters missing

Subsequent pairing fails, and only when I clear the paired device on windows, I am able to pair once again with the missing/jumbled characters.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Hi simon.jeyapalan_2046941,

Can you check if the Baudrate is correct at both the ends?

For pairing issue, can you check if the bonding is happening properly by peer device?
