Pre Compliance tests for CYW43455 WiFi-BT chip on Android 11

Hi Cypress Team,

We need to do Pre-compliance tests on CYW43455 module on Android 11 platform for WiFi and BT.

Could you please provide us any tools(like WL and HCITOOL in linux) to do the same for Android 11.

Also, could you provide us relevant documentation for the same.

Thanks for the document. This is exactly what we require. But can you confirm if these commands will work on Android 11 as it doesnt have hcitool.?

On the Wifi side,  could you please share us the details of the host architecture details? so that i can share the compatible WL tool and you would also require an "mfg" (Manufacturing) firmware , mfg firmware can be obtained from the module vender, could you please contact the module vender for the same?

Thanks for replying.

We are using iMX8M Mini Board with Android 11 OS. Module vendor i.e Murata have given us the mfg firmware.

Just 1 question- This WL tool will be compatible with Android 11 right?

Kindly provide us the WL tool and a document to include this tool in Android Build at the earliest.

Hi @Hrithik , Could you please let me know which host driver are you using? is it fmac 

Attached is a binary version of wl tool as we do not share the source. 
Could you please try running the binary and let us know if you face any issues.

We are using "bcm4329-fmac" driver for wifi.

The document has mentioned that it requires a Linux OS:

Anyway, we will try to port the tool in Android and let you know.
