Hi,
In case of a data transfer between USB and GPIF, the max data rate is 32 * 100 * 10^6 bits per second = 381 MBps.
(Assuming 32 Bit GPIF is used at max frequency of 100 MHz).
This is in accordance with the ma USB 3.0 data rate. Though the signallin rate of USB 3.0 is 5 Giga Bits per second, the practical data rate is around 380 MBps only.
