how do i implement HID in fx-3, for WITHOUT OS

i am implementing HID in USB on fx-3 cypress board, HID is detected in device manager but as i use the given set of code from cypress (PROVIDE IN CYPRESS WEBSITE) documents for without OS the HID is not detected in device manger.please help me out as the given set of code does not work for WITHOUT OS.
