Infineon offers wide range of power switches, both single and dual channel.
For your application, it is recommended to use HITFET. Please refer the following link to access the portfolio of HITFETs.

Recommended connection is to use a common input source for both the drain terminals and use source as a output terminal. The enable terminals can be connected to gate terminal of HITFETs. The recommended dual channel HITFETs are as given below,
BTS3405G and BTS3410G
For a single channel, it is recommended to use the OptiMOS PD MOSFETs. Their design is targeted for USB load switch applications. The link for OptiMOS PD MOSFETs is as below,
