Question about driver reselling - cyusb3.sys

Hi,
Our company want to resell FX3 driver(cyusb3.sys).
According to "Cypress CyUsb3.sys Programmer's Reference", Companies need to contact Cypress Technical Support and create a case with the below information to initiate the driver resell process.
1. Company details.
2. INF file with your devices VID/PIDs.

What should 1 and 2 do specifically?

Hi,

>> You can proceed with the driver package for all OS versions present in the FX3 SDK: https://www.cypress.com/documentation/software-and-drivers/ez-usb-fx3-software-development-kit 

You will find the inf files present in the driver folder. You are required to remove all the Cypress VID/PID entries and add your custom VID/PID. This process should be done for all the inf files of the different OS versions you want us to driver resell. Then, you need to share this driver package with modifies inf files with us for verification.

>> You also need to have an account in the Microsoft Hardware Dashboard and  are required to submit your publisher display name. We will share the WHQL logs through Windows Hardware Dashboard.
