JTAG debug problem

hi when i try to debug use jtag to debug cyusb3014 it occur "error while launching command:gdb --version"

   

attached file is my configuration, the last one is error window and informations of open gdb server manually

Please follow the instruction in section 3 of attached document. Make sure you terminate all the existing debug session before you start a fresh.

i sure i followed user guide step by step and no another debug session opened, all attached images can prove it

   

i think it may the windows environment or somehing like that problem?
