Image sensor unable to perform picture

I have a CX3UvcAS0260 project and I would like to take a picture, the camera is powered, the POC is enable but the problem is that it does not take image and gives me an error, what could I do? what settings should I make to be able to take a picture? thanks

I understand that you are using the CX3 MIPI Receiver Tool generated firmware. Is that correct?

Please enable the UART debug prints (in the code on enabling STILL_CAPTURE_ENABLE) and share the debug prints. For example // CyU3PDebugPrint(4,"Get cur Still probe index = %d\n\r", glStillFrameIndex);

Please let me know if still capture works with other host applications
