これを製品化する場合、VendorIDの取得以外に商用利用条件は何かありますか？

We are developing with FX3.
When commercializing this, are there any commercial terms of use other than obtaining a Vendor ID?

Hello,

Please refer to the license folder of the FX3 SDK (Path: SDK Installation Path\Cypress\EZ-USB FX3 SDK\1.3\license)

- Please refer to this KBA  License for FX3 SDK - KBA222519 - Cypress Developer Community  

- If cyusb3.sys driver is used for product (for production/distribution) with custom VID/PID, then customer should not use any of the pre-existing Cypress VID/PID in their modified INF apart from the device (like FX2 , FX3) Bootloader VID/PID.
