Hello. I am debugging cyusb3014 using segger j-link. Using example code slfifoasync
When when the debugger reaches " status = CyU3PDeviceInit(NULL); " inside of main I get
ERROR: Bad JTAG communication: Write to IR: Expected 0x1, got 0x3 (TAP Command : 15) @ Off 0x1053
This happens immediately after stepping over, or into. I inserted breakpoints as recommended here: Solved: FX3 JTAG SEGGER - Infineon Developer Community
But the issue still persists, as I cannot even reach the kernelentry function to step over.

Hello,
Please share the following information:
1. Screenshot of the Main, Debugger, and Startup Tabs of the Debug Configurations.
2. Where exactly the communication is breaking? Is it at CyU3PDeviceInit(NULL); call or is it anywhere else?
You can also try doing the following:
1. Put a break point at the application define a function (CyFxApplicationDefine)
2. Otherone at Thread_Entry function (for example - UVCAppThread_Entry in UVC An75779 firmware )

I think that is a different issue. Please look here at the second error to understand which issue i'm referring to. Segger J-Link Known Issues with FX3/CX3/FX3S - KBA... - Infineon Developer Community

Hi,
Yes neither of these solutions work. I have followed them exactly. During download a tab also appears that says “No source available for 0x0”.
