I download the html file and double click to open it with chrome. It shows 404 error as the screenshot. Could you please just share the SDK&usb-serial configuration utility install file to my email? (larry.li@nvent.com)

Thanks! I have installed this successfully!
But I can't find any devices from the usb-serial configuration utility when I plug the CYBT-343026-EVAL EVM.
Is it because the driver occured some problems? Attach my computer screenshots:

Hi,
Please install the driver using the setup available here "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\USB-Serial SDK\driver" after installation of USBSerialSDKSetup.
For more details, refer to the user guides available here "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\USB-Serial SDK\documentation".
Thanks,
Ajeeth

Hi LarryLi-cn,
Thanks for sharing the screenshots. I'm Using OCR for translation!!
The Vendor driver is not installed in your machine.
Please follow the below steps to update the driver manually:
1. Click on "Update driver" for the device "USB-Serial Dual Channel"
2. On the next screen, click on "Browse my computers for drivers"
3. Then, choose "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"
4. Click on "Have disk"
5. Choose the "cyusb3.inf" from the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\USB-Serial SDK\Cypress USB-Serial Driver\DriverBinary\Vendor_Driver\bin" according to your windows platform
6. Click next to install the driver. Now the Device will be loaded with this driver and available to use.
Alternatively, you can look the Manual Installation section on page 30 in Cypress USB-Serial Driver Installation Guide.
Please let me know if this helps!
Thanks,
Ajeeth

Hi Ajeeth:
I'm appreciate your help.
I change the sys language for your easy reading.
Actually, I had tried to do this as your guide.
There is two subfolder(X86, X64) under the 'bin' folder.
I tried these two subfolders but they all failed. here is the screenshot:

Hi,
Thanks for changing the system language!!!
From the Screenshots you provided, it seems like you missed Step 3 and Step 4 from my last response.
You can choose the "cyusb3.inf" from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\USB-Serial SDK\Cypress USB-Serial Driver\DriverBinary\Vendor_Driver\bin\win10\x64" as per your system configuration. Don't forget to choose "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer" option.
Thanks,
Ajeeth
