Cyusb3.inf SuperSpeed Explorer: Cannot Install this Hardware

I cannot install the driver for the SuperSpeed Explorer kit under windows xp. The only information I get is:

   

Cannot Install this Hardware

   

There is a problem installing this hardware

   

Cypress FX3 BootLoader Device

   

An error occurred during the installation of the device

       

No other information is given.

Hi,

   

Did you try it on another PC? Please do so to corner down where the issue is.

   

Also, please make sure you have binded to the proper driver:

   

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\EZ-USB FX3 SDK\1.3\driver\bin\wxp"
