Hi,
I am using Cypress FX3 DVK in my design.
Here is the scenario. I have 2 Cypress DVK's connected to the same PC/laptop, Both DVK 's are programmed with two different FW images, Having USB Device descriptors having different Product ID. Both will be detected on the Cypress control center. In Device manager also Devices are detected properly.
But while using the device. If I select the proper Device name in control center and if try to transfer some data I am not able to communicate with the device that I selected.
Is there any chance that USB data getting corrupted while using 2 devices and selecting only one device from control center's device selection tree?
Thanks & Best Regards
Prasanna

Hi Prasanna,
Can you please tell which two firmwares are programmed to the FX3's ?
Also, can you please try with the Cypress example firmwares provided with the FX3 SDK and check if the issue still persists ?
