Hi,
I hope you are doing well
This is the first time we are Implementing the CYUSB3065-BZXC chip in a camera application. We are using the chip together with the DS90UB954TRGZTQ1 chip to stream MIPI camera data directly from a camera connected to a Coax to the PC.
Could you help out with the design check and see if there are any potential problems with our design?
Thank you.
Tony

Hello,
Please refer to AN70707 for the hardware guidelines checklist. Also, see AN90369 for the guidelines on routing MIPI CSI-2 Signals.
Kindly, refer to the schematics of reference design - Denebola kit
I will review the schematics and get back to you soon

Hello,
Please find my comments below:
- Confirm if the clock meets the specs mentioned in the datasheet
- Confirm if power-on-reset RC components meet the minimum reset time (1 ms)
- Kindly check if the SPI Flash is compatible with CX3 How to select the SPI flash for Infineon USB contr... - Infineon Developer Community
- VBUS/VUSB pin should have a 1uF cap connected
- There should be no pull-up on SPI MISO/MOSI lines to allow FX3/SX3 to boot from SPI flash. It is recommended to include a pull-down resistor (2K) on the MISO line
