Dear Mr/Ms,
What are the differences between CYUSB3012-BZXC and CYUSB3014-BZXC ?
Is that only the SRAM size or are there also other differences?
I'm looking forward to hear from you.
Yours sincerely,
H. Bos

Hello,
Yes the difference between CYUSB3012 and CYUSB3014 is the SRAM size. CYUSB3014 has an SRAM size of 512KB. But CYUSB3012 has an SRAM size of 256KB only. Because of this difference in the SRAM size, the memory mapping for CYUSB3014 and CYUSB3012 are different.
Please refer to the linker script files fx3.ld and fx3_256k.ld to understand the default memory mapping of CYUSB3014 and CYUSB3012 respectively. These files can be found in the following location of FX3 SDK:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\EZ-USB FX3 SDK\1.3\fw_build\fx3_fw
Please let me know if you have anymore queries on this.
