Hi budman65,

   

I guess that is probably CAM processor settings. The settings used to generate gerber files. If you are looking for PCB layout file, it is called FX3_DVK DEVICE_Brd_Rev3_PD11-0618_PCB_061512-1.brd. It is Cadence Allegro PCB file. Cadence has a free viewer software to view its Allegro PCB files.
