About DMA transfer in slave FIFO

Dear Sirs,     

 

   

Our design is to integrate FX3 with data source module. We encounter a DMA no responding problem. Please see the attached PDF file for the detail problem description.

        I got an answer from Cypress regarding this issue. The problem is that the FX3 goes into U1 or U2 power state when the bus is idle for a period of time. You need to disable LPM using CyU3PUsbLPMDisable(). That did the trick for me.
