I made a board which has CPLD and CY7C6813A when I connect it to pc sometimes pc couldn't recognize it .
I downloaded the Cypress Suit USB 3.4.1 and I changed the cyusb.inf for my own vendor (it is = %VID_0547&PID_1002.DeviceDesc%=CyUsb, USB\VID_0547&PID_1002) but when I try to force pc to use this driver pc gives this message: the specified location does not contain information about your hardware. Cypress does not connect to any EEPROM in this situation.
I was wondering if somebody can help me.

The error message "The specified location does not contain information about your hardware" means that your device VID and PID is not present in the inf which you are pointing.
Check in the Device Manager for the VID and PID and check whether the inf file is matching with the correct one.

Gopal
