i have cypress hub usb manufacturing driver in dell aurora r4, x 64 based, windows 10 service tag 5W56422.
the driver is version 184.108.40.206 driver date 2015/08/19, but causing an error in device manager which is saying windows 10 is stopping this driver as it causes problems. i am looking for the most up to date driver please

I mean to ask which silicon part are you using? Is it HX2VL, HX2LP, HX3 ?
1. i dont know how to identify if i have HX2VL or HX2LP-i dont see reference to it anywhere
2.is it possible i can buy support, so yourself can remote access my pc

On right clicking the cypress device in the device manager, there comes an option to update the driver. Please select that. Please refer to the attached screenshot. Share the screenshot for your window. There should be some Generic Hub driver installed for the device as shown in the figure. Bind the Generic hub driver installed using Right-click on the device -> Update Driver -> Browse my computer for drivers > Choose the Generic Hub Driver inf path and select Okay -> Install the driver
