I loaded a new *.iic File to the 24lc128 eeprom that we are using. In the software I changed some Registers settings and (that's maybe the problem) changed some settings in the descriptor file (descriptors.asm). The EEProm was reprogrammed succesfully but now I have no more connection to the Device.
The exact Error massage what I get in the CyConsole is:
Access violation at address 0041B58D in module 'CyConsole.exe'. Read of address 0000000A.
I have the Cypress USB Console Version 1.5.1.1.The Device Manager shows the proper driver.
What could this be? Is there a chance to erase or reload the eeprom?
Best regards,

Hello,
I write here because I am new to Cypress devices and I would like to clarify a few doubts.
For a project I am working on I need to transfer (without loss of information) data at 48 MB/s (32 bits - 12 MSPS from an ADC) to an external USB mass storage device.
For these kind of data writing rates, I must use at least a 3.0 standard and as far as I know, I could use the
and the only interface port that I can use with an FPGA (a Xilinx Zynq device in this case) is the GPIF 2.
Could you confirm that this is the right kit I need to achieve this kind of lossless transfer ?
Regards.

Show LessWhen the official downloaded HID firmware instance runs, the device is identified as a keyboard. If I want it to be identified as a mouse, do I just need to modify the report descriptor? Is that right?thank you
Show Lessi bought a light engine and it consists of cypress dual channel module. i use raspbian stretch lite. the problem is that when i attach the device with usb cable to raspberry pi, "lsusb" shows the device but no there is no node created in "/dev" like: /dev/ttyUSB0 . i installed CyUSBSerial_SDK_Linux, nothing happened. "dmesg" command shows the device is connected but no tty is bonded.

Hello
Please tell me about Initial settings of CY7C65211A.
1.Is there a format for customers to list specifications?
(If you have something like USB-PD)
2.Is there a way to write initial settings to CY7C65211A?
(Is it possible to deliver a device with the customer's initial settings written?)
If 2 is possible please tell me the necessary information such as configuration files.
Best regards
hayato
