USB low-full-high speed peripherals Forum Discussions

Hello,

When RS485 is enabled in CY7C65213A, according to the timing chart of the data sheet, the TXDEN signal seems to be active low (low at transmitting).

However, most RS485 level shifter ICs appear to require active high (High when transmitting) logic for the RE # and DE signals.

Do I need an inverter IC to connect these ICs?
Or is there a setting to invert the signal output of CY7C65123A?

I just detected the KBA89285 -> https://community.cypress.com/docs/DOC-10959​ and use the unique serial number in my firmware for a DSO. However, I wonder why this important functionality is not mentioned in the TRM.

I am using the FX2LP board to capturing the image in CYUSB_LINUX(like data are giving, that we should seen in 'infile' window). After giving data, how we should store that data in file). Is their any procedure to store the data in file. (In linux ).

I followed the KB Drivers for EZ-USB® FX1™ , FX2LP™ , and FX3™ - KBA94413  to download Drivers.zip.

When I update driver through browse my unzip driver, Windows prompted "Couldnot find the driver for your device"

My device is a simple logic analysis 24MHz with CY7C68013A chip.

When I study this KB, it claims no need to modify INF (Adding the VID/PID is already done in the attached .inf file , so you can skip "Step A : Add the device's Vendor ID and Product ID to the CYUSB3.INF file).

What else I should modify in order to install device driver on Windows 10 x64?

By the way, I use USB 2.0 to miniUSB cable to this device. Don't know if I need to use USB 3.0...

What should I do if i want to use CY68013 in Slave FIFO mode  to transmit Real-time Data that would be generated  evry 50ns or 500ns？

Is the Isochonous transmission the best choice?

With bulk mode, the USB FIFO would be full and the real-time data would be lost, because the data can not write into the USB FIFO when the USB FIFO is full.

How should I do if we want the USB FIFO full flags not to be active？

And do you have the Isochonous mode example code?
