USB low-full-high speed peripherals Forum Discussions
Hello,
I found this forum that mentions the sampling rate of simple and complex GPIOs. To my knowledge, these pin configurations are only available in the main library.
Does anyone know what the sampling rate of the boot library GPIO pins are? I am trying to sample a 50MHz clock would this be doable?
Thanks,
Hersh
Show LessHello,
I have a 50MHz external clock that is being driven into a GPIO pin on the CYUSB2014-BZXC and was wondering if there was a way to sync this to an output GPIO pin with the BOOT library?
This also raises the question, should I stick with boot or switch to the U3 Library (U3 vs FX3)? I don't necessarily need multithreads or RTOS, but it looks like there is less functionality with boot.
Thanks,
Hersh

Show LessHello;
I have a similar condition as was in this thread Solved: regarding fx2lp i2c interface - Infineon Developer Community .
I have a temperature sensor and eeprom using I2C,
In my case the Eeprom must perform a write and read and then reenumerate , Somehow the firmware stalls and there is no attempt made to reenumerate. Is there a workaround for this considering that I have tried moving Temperature sensor method into the vendor command,
Hi, Infineon:
We're making a USB dongle using CY7C65215.
In the USB host, we have an app reading from USB serial TTY, recently we upgrade libusb from 1.0.21 to 1.0.22.
If we unplug and plug the USB dongle back, the app won't be able to detect the device. CyGetDeviceInfoVidPid() return CY_ERROR_DEVICE_NOT_FOUND.
If I kill this app and restart it, it can open the USB dongle, seems CyUSBSerial_SDK_Linux doesn't cleanup libusb properly.
Thanks

I need to reconstruct one of these; is it possible to supply either a schematic or the corresponding programming data for the IC involved?
Just to explain, I need the CY3083-02 card for the CY7C64013-SC.
Many thanks
Show LessPlease support us for Python scripts to download firmware and communicate via cyusb dll.
cyusb3014,sample: firmware\serialif_examples\cyfxusbi2cregmode
I send vendor command (USB control center) but it shows:
CONTROL OUT transfer failed with Error Code:997.
How to avoid this?
Thanks.
Show LessHello,
In the Device Configuration Utility (Windows only) of USB-Serial Bridge IC, there is a parameter "VBUS Voltage is 3.3 V", and it is explained to check the checkbox when supplying 3.3 V from VBUS to CY65211.
Is it possible to use VBUS 3.3V in the same way in Linux system?
If so, how should I configure it?
As you know, there is no Device Configuration Utility provided for Linux.
MPN: CY65211-24LTXI
Thanks.
Show LessHello I am using FX2lp and i referred to this article and followed the steps in the article Usage of Serial Ports 0 and 1 on FX2LP, implementi... - Infineon Developer Community
However, I use tera term instead of Hyperterminal but i am not able to see anything on the tera term. I exactly follow the steps but most of the times bulk out and in fails
