about the E-PAD connection for CY7C65213-32LTXI

Hello.
I would like to know about the E-PAD connection for CY7C65213.

This device has an Exposed PAD.
It is recommended that the EPAD be connected to GND, but I do not want to solder it for the convenience of managing the state of the mounting.

Is it possible to use the EPAD without soldering?
Are there any (negative) effects of not soldering?

Hi,

As you might be aware EPAD is intended for heat sinking. So it should be soldered.
