What is the undershoot tolerance for CY7C65213? Not listed in Absolute Max.

I often see the description of -0.5V on other devices.
For example, the FX2LP datasheet describes "-0.5V to + 4.0V".

Hi Tetsuo-san,

I confirmed the values from the internal team that the value should not go more than 300-400mV below 0 (-0.3 to -0.4V).

Regards

Hi Tetsuo-san,

Can you please elaborate for which line/voltage the undershoot value is required? Also, you can get the DC specification in the table on page number 9 of the datasheet.

Meghavi-san,

When I measured a signal, the minimum voltage was -1.02V.
Is this voltage acceptable?

Table 3 and Table 5 of the datasheet don't mention the lower limit of the input voltage.

Thanks,
Tetsuo
