About CY7C65211-24LTXI of USB-Serial

We are considering using USB-SPI (UART).

Please let me know the voltage specifications that pin types allow for overshoot / undershoot of SCB / GPIO input voltage.

The range of voltage on GPIO pins is 0.5V-Vddd+0.5V.

The voltage specifications that I want to know is the momentary shoot levels. For example, VCC+0.5V with in 50ns.
