I apologize my slow response for your questions.

For Windows LTSC, the driver version should be later than 1.2.3.20. We've confirm that it works with LTSC 2019 but not confirmed with 2021 yet.

If you plan to only use USB to UART conversion, windows CDC driver might work with the device so you can try the standard driver on your system as well.
