I’m sorry, but please tell me a little more.

What are the specific steps to change the settings to use mode 3 on the CY7C65223D using the Configuration utility?

(Mode3 means  Table13 and Table14 in  Infineon-CY7C65223D-32LTXI-DataSheet-v01_00-EN.pdf)

Please refer to the 2.3.2.3.1 UART Mode section of the USB-Serial Configuration Utility User Guide attached to this response to change to Mode 3 (8-pin UART).

If I change the setting to Mode3(8-pin UART) using Configuration Utility, will that setting be written to Flash memory?
