Hello,

Is it necessary to take care of power-on sequence (timing, voltage, etc.) for VDDD and VBUS of CY7C65211A?
Please let me know if there is a power-on sequence.

Currently, after 5V is input to VBUS (pin 15), VDDD (pin 24) 3.3V rises 250μs after VBUS rises.
Is this a problem as a power-on sequence?

Regards.

Hi, @NXTY_Nishinaga ,

Thank you for posting into our community.

There is no power-on sequence requirement for USB-Serial devices (CY7C65211/213/215 and its corresponding A parts).

So VCCIO/VDDD can be powered before VBUS.

You can also refer to the thread below for more details.
