Sorry. I am using FX2LP and want to download the firmware through driver as I do not want to use EEPROM to store a firmware.

You might want to use an EEPROM atleast to store your own VID/PID. It is fine to use Cypress VID/PID in the developement phase, but if in the end product it is better to have a small eeprom with your VID/PID stored in it.
You can refer to C0 or C2 load methods in the App note I previously mentioned.
