It’s a shame both are discontinued.

Could you please let me know what part number is most closed to them in the current Infineon portfolio?

I need a USB 2.0 microcontroller with minimum 4 GPIO ports, 16Kb FLASH, 1KB SRAM, crystal-less oscillator and ISSP protocol to program it.

Ideally in a QFN 3x3 package.

Any additional information to help me in the migration are welcome.
