Driver license for CY7C65213-32LTXI

My customer uses CY7C65213. They want to modify the INF files for the USB and COM drivers to show the company name.

In this situation, I would like to ask about the following :

1) Do you need a contract between the customer and Infineon?
2) Do you have a license agreement?
3) What is the contract format?
4) Can you provide a driver file which is Driver resell?

Hi,

There is no contract required for driver resell.

The only pre-requisites are mentioned in the KBA pointed above.

Kindly let me know if you need driver resell for the COM port driver or vendor driver.
