Hi    

   

I am using a CY7C68013A part and it is configured to transmit video data down a USB connection.  An analogue video signal is digitized and the video data is placed onto the FD* pins while the digitizer clock is routed to the IFCLK.  The digitizing clock is 12MHz.    

   

Would it be possible to use this data inside the MCU before transmitting it?

Yes, ofcourse ! The data on FD[0:7] is available on IOB register, and the data on FD[8:15] is available at IOD. This data would change as per your data frequency on FD pins.
