I use CY7C65213.

I have questions when the driver install to system

Is it possible to set the virtual COM port number when the driver install to system?

    (ex:Are there optional command or parameter file etc to set the COM port number when the driver install to system?)

Is it possible to install driver without connecting device to the system?

Would you please inform the procedure of silent install that don’t need keyboard/mouse operaton?

Thank you for posting into our community.

May I ask which OS do you plan to use in your system?
As far as I know, the port number is assigned by OS automatically, but not device. 
And fundamentally, pre-installed CDC driver should work with the device.

It's nice if you can disclose the background of your questions as well to provide another solution for your issue.

Thanks for sharing the descriptions and points of your issue. OK, I understood your points.

Yes, you can install the driver to PC without any HI devices and our device as well.
Please find the following document, Driver Installer Setup, in P.10
The silent installation command is described in the page, and please run the code at any event you want, like start up. 
"Cypress USB-Serial Windows Driver Installation Guide"

さて、本システムのサービス員は、原則、キーボードやマウス操作をしないようにさせています。

Windowsのデバイスマネージャとかも触らせたくないです。

できるとすれば、サービス員のできる事は当社準備の別ツールから、インストーラをキック（バッチファイルで実行させる）程度です。

ドライバーのインストールをサービス員の操作なしで実行する方法はありませんか？

何かツールをご提供いただくとか対応事例がございましたら、教えてください。

お世話になります。上記事情はご説明いただきました内容より把握しております。

ご認識の通り、バッチ処理にて可能であると考えます。
CypressDriverInstaller_1.exeを弊社プロダクトページよりダウンロードいただき、メモ帳などで下記の内容を保存し、拡張子を”.bat”にしたもの（バッチファイル）を作成してください。”/S”を挿入いたしますと途中のGUI動作を省略してインストールが可能です。必要に応じてエコーOFF等のコマンドも挿入いただけます。バッチファイルの実行に関しては、何かのイベントを割り当てるか、ネットワーク等から実行されるとよいと思います。

CypressDriverInstaller_1.exe(ファイルのフルパスを記述) /S
