I am using an CYBT-413055-EVAL EZ-BT for some basic test assemblies in my project. On this board there is an  CY7C65215 Dual USB silicon chip.

I need to reconfigure this chip for my purposes. Therefore I tried to connect to the chip by using the Cypress USB-Serial Configuration Utility . But this software does not see the CY7C65215 Dual USB on CYBT-413055-EVAL EZ-BT.

How can I connect?

PS: I have tested the Cypress USB-Serial Configuration Utility with CYUSBS236 USB-Serial (Dual Channel) Development Kit which works fine.

Hello,

The device should enumerate with three interfaces. As it can be seen in the figure, WICED HCI UART and peripheral UART are getting correctly recognized by the device and listed under the com ports.

The issue is with the USB-Serial (Dual channel) Mfg interface. This interface gets detected by the USB-Serial Configuration utility.

Please follow the steps as mentioned in the solution in this thread: https://community.cypress.com/t5/USB-Low-Full-High-Speed/CY7C65215-configuration/m-p/151305#M5062

FX3 SDK (for cyusb3 driver): https://www.cypress.com/documentation/software-and-drivers/ez-usb-fx3-software-development-kit

Let me know if you have any queries on this.

Regards,

Mallika

Thanks for that. It is a little bit tricky to find the right driver in the pool offered by the Windows, but finally I succeeded.
