2.Is there a way to write initial settings to CY7C65211A?

　(Is it possible to deliver a device with the customer's initial settings written?)

If 2 is possible please tell me the necessary information such as configuration files.

Kindly check USB-Serial Bridge Controller FAQs – KBA224054(JA)​ for understanding these queries.

A1. I am not clear what is the expectation for the customer. .cyusb file format can use for configuring these USB-Serial products.

A2. A customer should do it or ask it to programming manufacturer.

Altough it depends on the amount of mass-production, typically, our answer is No. For more detail, contact Cypress FAE or Sales.
