A temperature-humidity sensor is connected by I2C master setting and a temperature-humidity sensor isn't sometimes seen by power supply on. The frequency of occurrence will be about 1/100 times. When occurring, a device isn't seen from a device manager of Windows. Even re-scan of H/W isn't restored. It's restored by power supply off on.

Hello Takao Saeki,

Can you please use a RC reset circuitry with a timing of at least 1us? This can ensure proper power-on-sequence of the CY7C65211 device.

hello sanm san,

I send a USB Trace via an agency and have check it,

The command is being sent by order of BUS_RESET, SET_ADDRESS and GET_DESCRIPTOR.

    It's no response from GET_DESCRIPTOR.

it's re-tried on the host side, it's a condition of no response.

Best Regard,

Hello,

Please attach the part of the trace where the GET_DESCRIPTOR fails. We can check for the exact error. Also, please let me know if your device is self powered or bus powered?

Hello,

From the traces, it seems like the SETUP transaction is timing out continuously due to no response from the device. Could you probe the D+/D- lines and check the voltage levels corresponding to the trace?

Hi Sanm san,

A picture of the abnormal is attached.

Ch1 : VBUS ,Ch2 : Power ,Ch3 : D- ,Ch4 : D+

X scal : 4sec/div , Y scal : 2V/div

A part in right end is an abnormal part.

D+ signal is falling gradually.

I fall to the Low level finally.
