issue when connect cy4609 to HOST computer

i am using cy4609 evaluation board, When i  connect board to the host computer it shows like this.  please help me to resolve this issue.

Hello,

Is the "Unknown Device" part of the HX3 enumeration? Please check the VID, PID of this device, The screenshot shows that HX3 is coming up in vendor mode. Please try manually updating the driver for the 2.0 and 3.0 part of the hub as per the host system.
