What is the maximum cable length of HX3 and HX3PD.

Hello. community.

Base on another community(https://www.cypress.com/comment/283106 ) I understood USB 3.0 maximum length is 3 meter on USB 3.0.

I wonder how long can support maximum cable length of HX3 or HX3PD .

Hello Robert,

For HX3, the upstream cable length can be a maximum of 3 meters. The downstream cable lengths depend on the type of device connected.

Please refer to the KBA for HX3PD upstream Type C cables.
