Hello,

I think that it is possible to use an crystal oscillator instead of crystal unit as the clock input for the HX3.

Is there a document that can check the  signal level etc. that can be used?

Hello Nishigana-san,

Thank you for posting on Infineon Community.

It is possible to use a crystal oscillator.
Please refer to the following threads which discuss the same topic:

In AN91378 , from page 5, the requirements for the crystal oscillator are detailed.

Here a table with the specifications is shown.
