I am using CYUSB3324 for my project. I have cascaded two HUBs, both VBUS_US are connected to local +5v supply. When powered on and first tier hub has upstream disconnected, I noticed that the enable signal (USB1_DS3_CDP_EN) on HUB is active ( LOW) only for the first tier HUB. there is no overcurrent condition for both HUBs. The enable signal (USB2_DS3_CDP_EN) for second tier HUB becomes active when and when only the upstream of first tier HUB is connected to  PC.

I require that the HUBs to provide active signal at power on so they can be used for charging my phone irrespective of connection to upstream.

so please look in to this issue . Here I am attaching snaps also.
