When using with SELFPOWER (ExternalPower), as shown in the figure of the data sheet, there is a description that the VCC pin is N.C. 

Q) But, please tell me if there is no problem even if it is connected to the Vreg pin below.

Hello Arai,

No, in the case of external regulation, VCC should strictly be NC. Else, it can damage the chip.
