Hi Tetsuo-san,

Thanks for posting in Infineon Developer Community!

HX3 will go into compliance mode after Polling.LFPS timeout.

For Hub Downstream Facing Ports, you can also enter compliance mode with the SetPortFeature (Port_Link_State).

See USB 3.0 Spec for more information.

The HX3 cannot operate as a Loopback master.

Thanks,
Ajeeth

Ajeeth-san,

Are there any additional requirements for USB 2.0 testing? Or is there an easier way? Is it the same as USB3.0?

Thanks,
Tetsuo

Hi Tetsuo-san,

HX3 USB 2.0 compliance test will be the same as we do for HX2LP(i.e., using HSETT software).

Please find a similar thread on HX2LP compliance testing https://community.infineon.com/t5/USB-hosts-hubs-transceivers/How-to-do-HS-HOST-Signal-Quality-Test-....

Thanks,
Ajeeth
