Hi Sag,

Is it intentionally made to work only on one orientation of each of the type-C ports?

If not, you need a Superspeed mux for this to work on both orientations.

Hey Ajeeth,

yes, it is made intentionally to simplify the design since we have control on the was we connect the hub to the host and how we connect the peripherals to the hub.

Please find my review comments below:
Schematics:

• Other than the need for Superspeed mux for both orientations of the receptacle to work, the Schematics look fine.

Layout:

• The layout looks fine.
