Occasionally one of the connected downstream devices stops working and Error Code 807A3980 is reported to the host. Is this a Cypress error code? If so, what does it mean?

1. Are you seeing this issue on both HX3 and HX2LP?
2. Which driver is bound to the Hub?
3. Can you please share the screenshot when this issue happens?
