Thanks for posting in the Infineon Developer community!

The HX3 Rev. *D silicon is USB-IF certified (TID# 330000060). We do not have any Errata for the latest revision of the HX3 silicon. You can refer to the HX3 datasheet to know more about HX3 silicon revision and the limitations of the older versions of the HX3 silicon.
