Hi,
Can you please elaborate on your question?
Please answer the following:
1. DO you want to do some signal integrity tests like Eye Pattern test?
2. Or Do you want to provide a compliance test pattern?
For the above tests, you can use Compliance testers to generate the test patterns.
Thanks,
Ajeeth

Hi,
USB 3.0 complaince tests are directly described by USB-IF.
Please refer to this page to get the list of compliance tools provided by USB-IF. You can use the HSETT tool to generate test patterns on the Windows platform.
Thanks,
Ajeeth
